We're a supply company built by people who have spent their working lives around sawmills, drying kilns and loading bays — and it shows in how we do business.
Our story
Built on one simple promise
Akagac Orman exists because buying timber shouldn't be a gamble. Too many buyers know the routine: the sample looks perfect, the first load is fine, and by the third load the grade has quietly slipped.
We built our operation around a single promise — the load you receive matches the load you ordered. That means controlled sourcing, sawing and drying we supervise ourselves, piece-by-piece grading, and documentation with every dispatch.
Today we work on two fronts. We run our own sawmill, where logs are selected, cut and dried under our supervision. Alongside that, we source plywood, OSB and wood-based panels from established mills and supply them to wholesalers, manufacturers and construction companies across Türkiye — from single truckloads to continuous programmes.

Tight tolerances
Sawing to EN 1313-1 tolerances, checked with callipers on the line — not by eye at the gate.
Proper drying
Stickered stacks, patient schedules and measured moisture — because warped timber helps nobody.
Honest grading
Graded piece by piece against the agreed rule. What we call first grade stays first grade.
Dependable logistics
Full-truck and container loads across Türkiye, loaded to unload fast and arrive on the promised day.
Nothing wasted
Offcuts and by-products are recovered and reused — a cleaner operation and better value per log.
